Who these terms cover

These terms govern use of thesyncflow.com. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

What this site is

A description of services. Nothing here is a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing per engagement.

Claims and case studies

Metrics in case studies come from the engagements described and were accurate at the time of publication. They are not a prediction of results on your project.

Client names appear where permission was given. Some engagements are described without naming the client.

The first-milestone guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the first milestone of a new engagement, you do not pay for it, and you keep the code produced. The guarantee applies once per client, to the first milestone only, and requires that the milestone scope was agreed in writing beforehand.

Intellectual property

Work product transfers to you or your client on payment, as set out in the engagement agreement. Content and design of this website remain mine.

Liability

Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice. Liability for engagement work is set out in the engagement agreement, not here.
