White-label engineering partner for agencies

Your agency sells it.
We engineer it.

The SyncFlow is the white-label engineering partner for agencies when client requirements outgrow their team, their no-code stack, or their AI-generated prototype.

The month it always happens

You closed the project. Now you need engineers you don't have.

Say no

You lose the build, and usually the retainer attached to the client who asked for it.

Say yes anyway

You take work your team cannot resource, and the deadline becomes someone else’s problem to explain.

Hire for it

Six to twelve weeks of recruitment, then a salary that outlives the project by a year.

There is a fourth option, and your client never sees it.

Capabilities

Six things agencies hand over. Nothing they don't.

Each one is a defined engagement with a scope, milestones and a handover, not an open-ended retainer.

Process

Four steps. No surprises in any of them.

Low-risk at the start, predictable in the middle, clean at the end.

  1. I

    Fit call

Twenty minutes on what you sold, when it is due, and the stack it has to live in. If it is a bad fit we say so on that call.

  2. II

    Pilot milestone

One small paid deliverable so you can judge the code and the communication before committing to a full build.

  3. III

    Milestone delivery

Work ships in scoped milestones inside your tools, with written updates and a Loom walkthrough at each one.

  4. IV

    White-label handoff

You own the code, the IP and the client relationship. Documentation, handover notes, and no dependency on us.

Selected Production Work

Shipped, measured, and still running.

The SyncFlow is new. The engineering behind it is not. Everything here was delivered by the team that now runs the studio, labelled by attribution so it's clear which. Three of nine published builds.

    Protection

Your client stays your client. In writing.

Six things that exist before the first line of code, rather than getting negotiated after something goes wrong.

    NDA
Signed before any scoping detail is exchanged. Your client names and commercial terms stay yours.
    Non-circumvention
A written commitment never to approach, solicit or accept work from your client. Signed up front.
    IP assignment
Code, IP and deployment configuration transfer to your agency or your client on payment.
    Milestone payments
Each milestone scoped and priced before it starts, invoiced on delivery. Never a full project of exposure.
    Your repository, day one
Work is pushed continuously to a repo you control. You always hold current, working code.
    No lock-in
End the engagement at the close of any milestone. No notice penalty, no retainer commitment.

    Engagements

Three ways to work together. Start with the smallest.

Pricing is quoted per scope after the call, because a client portal and a Webflow migration are not the same job. You get a scoped quote within 24 hours.

    I

    Pilot milestone

The cheapest way to find out whether this works.

    Typically 5 business days

    • One defined, scoped deliverable
    • Real code in your repository, not a proposal
    • Loom walkthrough at delivery
    • Risk-free: if it is not right, you do not pay
    • No obligation to continue
    Start with a pilot
    IIMost agencies start here

    Project build

A scoped build, delivered in milestones under your brand.

    Typically 4 to 16 weeks

    • Full scope agreed before the first milestone
    • Milestone pricing fixed in advance, invoiced on delivery
    • Daily overlap with your business hours
    • Written updates plus a Loom at every milestone
    • Work inside your Slack, GitHub and project board
    • Documentation and handover at the end
    • NDA, non-circumvention and IP assignment signed up front
    Scope a project
    III

    Engineering retainer

A standing engineering seat on your team, month to month.

Monthly, cancel at any month end

    • A reserved block of senior hours each month
    • Maintenance, fixes and small features without re-scoping each one
    • Priority on your queue ahead of new projects
    • Attends your standups if you want them attended
    • Roll work across multiple client projects
    • Same NDA and non-circumvention terms
    • No notice penalty when you stop
    Talk about capacity

All three include NDA, non-circumvention, IP assignment and milestone payment terms. Get a scoped quote in 24 hours.

    The only guarantee we make

First milestone. Free if it's wrong.

If the first deliverable of a new engagement is not what you wanted, you do not pay for it, and you keep the code anyway. No clause underneath, no discount instead, no second attempt you are obliged to accept.

    Objections

    The questions you're actually asking.

Subcontracting a build is a trust decision before it is a technical one.

No. Delivery is fully white-label. An NDA and a non-circumvention agreement are signed before scoping, we never contact your client, and everything reaches them through you. Work happens in your repositories, under your brand, in your voice.

Muhammad Safiullah Khan, Founder and lead engineer at The SyncFlow

    Who leads the work

    One name on every engagement.

The SyncFlow is led by Muhammad Safiullah Khan, a full-stack engineer working from Islamabad, Pakistan. He scopes every engagement, owns the architecture and personally reviews and signs off every milestone before it reaches you. There is no account manager between you and the engineer accountable for your client’s product, and no work ships without him having looked at it. When an engagement needs more hands, engineers on the team execute under his direct supervision, disclosed upfront and never swapped in without you knowing.

That oversight is a deliberate standard rather than a stage the studio will grow out of. It is why scope survives, why standards hold across projects, and why the second engagement is faster than the first.
