Short version: thesyncflow.com sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and never sells or shares what you send us.
What this site collects
The SyncFlow does not use advertising trackers, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
If privacy-friendly analytics is enabled, it records aggregate page views, referrer and country. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile, and cannot identify you individually.
What you send us
If you email hello@thesyncflow.com or submit the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, your email address and your message. It is used to reply to you and to scope work, and nothing else.
If you book a call, the booking provider records your name, email and chosen time so the meeting can happen.
Who else sees it
No one. Your enquiry is not sold, shared with partners, or added to a marketing list. There is no newsletter.
The booking and form providers process data on our behalf as part of delivering those functions.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thesyncflow.com and we will action it.
If you are in the UK or the EU, GDPR rights apply to you and this is how you exercise them.
